Hypoglycaemia in kittens if not treated is fatal. See the series of videos charting the progress of a very poorly kitten – please be warned that the videos are initially distressing but have a happy ending.

Hypoglycaemia in Kittens Often Misdiagnosed

A condition occasionally seen in kittens, and often misdiagnosed, easily treated with glucose if the kittens can swallow or injection if they are not able to swallow. A friend of mine took these videos to show people what it looks like.

Many thanks to Pippa Browning for sending in the videos.
